In cooking class on Wednesday, August 03, 2011 , we made Easy Pudding Cookies! They were delicious; soft and warm and almost melt in your mouth. MovieLover said they were “good.” F said they were “yummy.” PepsiLady couldn’t let go of her recipe!
Make them at home:

| Easy Pudding Cookies |
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 package (3.9 oz) JELL-O chocolate instant pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 package (6 squares) Baker’s white chocolate, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- With electric mixer, beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add dry pudding mix and beat until well blended
- Add eggs and baking soda; mix well
- Gradually add flour until blended
- Stir in chopped chocolate
- Drop a tablespoon of dough on baking sheet about 2 inches apart
- Bake 10-12 minutes
- Cool for 1 minute
